Ihre Aufgaben
- Provide technical support to dealers and manage complaints in consultation with colleagues, resolving open cases in coordination with our headquarters in Japan.
- Integrate hardware and software into existing network systems.
- Train dealers and continuously develop their professional expertise.
- Create processes and standards to ensure consistently high service quality.
- Work independently and directly with medical and dental users.
- Provide expert advice to dealers and users on the use and functionality of our products, with a focus on European countries.
- Independently plan and carry out the installation of X-ray systems.
- Support national and, if necessary, international exhibitions and congresses.
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Strong technical background and confidence in working with IT systems and network technologies.
- Professional experience in supporting, analyzing, maintaining, and repairing dental X-ray equipment would be a significant advantage.
- Excellent analytical abilities and structured organizational skills.
- Very good communication skills and a confident, professional manner when dealing with dealers and users.
- Fluent English + Fluent Japanese or German
- High degree of customer orientation and quality awareness.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel.
