Ihre Aufgaben

  • Identify potential clients and conducting market research, focusing on Japanese market in Germany.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations in both English and Japanese.
  • Track sales activities, manage client data in CRM systems, and ensure accurate records for future analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the consulting team to understand service offerings and develop sales strategies to communicate these effectively to potential clients.
  • Attend networking events, industry seminars, and client meetings to represent the firm and build business connections.
  • Provide support to the Japanese sales team, ensuring smooth operations and timely follow-up with clients.

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Japanese; German language skills are a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, showing strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
