The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting their existing sales agents and expanding their market presence across the EU region.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Support existing sales agents and distributors across the EU region, enhancing relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Report directly to the manager, providing updates and insights on sales activities.
  • Provide comprehensive support to existing sales agents to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular business trips across the EU region, approximately once every two weeks, to meet with clients and sales agents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Fluency in English and German is essential; Japanese language skills are a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the electronics or motor industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the EU.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
