Ihre Aufgaben

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order management, invoicing, and delivery coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers in both English and Chinese or Vietnamese.
  • Assist with sales documentation, including contracts, quotations, and agreements.
  • Respond to inquiries, including inventory checks and inspections.
  • Ensure timely processing of sales orders, following up with clients and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain and update the customer database and ensure data accuracy.

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) or Vietnamese (Advanced level).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in the food wholesale or distribution industry is a plus.
