Ihre Aufgaben
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order management, invoicing, and delivery coordination.
- Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers in both English and Chinese or Vietnamese.
- Assist with sales documentation, including contracts, quotations, and agreements.
- Respond to inquiries, including inventory checks and inspections.
- Ensure timely processing of sales orders, following up with clients and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns.
- Maintain and update the customer database and ensure data accuracy.
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) or Vietnamese (Advanced level).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in the food wholesale or distribution industry is a plus.
