- Identify and develop new business opportunities beyond the chemical sector.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners and stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management.
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in a non-chemical industry.
- Strong marketing skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Japanese business culture and language is a plus.
- Must be a resident of Germany.
