Ihre Aufgaben
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial information and provides strategic financial guidance to support the company's goals and objectives.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Monitor and report on budget performance, providing insights and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Update forecasts regularly to reflect changes in business conditions.

Accounting Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
- Develop cash flow forecasts and implement strategies to optimize cash management.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Internal Controls and Compliance:
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process.

Strategic Financial Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that support business growth.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
- Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and other business opportunities.
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting
- Proactive, flexible mindsets
- English-Fluent, Japanese or German-Nice to have
- High communication skills
