Our client, a Japanese electronic manufacturer, is currently looking for a Sales & Administration Assistant (m/f/d) to support their office in Debrecen, Hungary.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Maintain customer and supplier relationships
  • Manage the order process (including generating confirmations and invoices)
  • Control and update system data
  • Cooperation with other global branches
  • Plan events and business trips
  • Handle administrative and operational tasks in the office

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Successfully completed university degree or similar, for example in Japanese Studies, Japanology, East Asian Studies, Business Administration, International Business Management etc.
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian; proficiency in Chinese or Japanese is a must
  • Experience in Back Office positions such as administration, general affairs, sales assistant, secretary etc. is a plus
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Experience with Windows and MS Office
