Ihre Aufgaben

  • Maintenance and Customer Support

    • Perform regular maintenance on equipment.
    • Assess customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
    • Identify and address new customer needs.
  • Installation Planning

    • Measure and survey installation sites.
    • Create detailed installation drawings and diagrams.
  • Customer Coordination

    • Conduct meetings with customers to discuss installation schedules and task responsibilities.
  • Installation and Follow-up

    • Oversee and execute equipment installation.
    • Monitor and follow up on the performance and effectiveness of installed equipment.
  • Customer Relationship Management

    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
    • Address customer inquiries and provide ongoing support.

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Native-level proficiency in Spanish and business-level fluency in English or higher.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently, with over 50% of the month spent on business trips.
  • Proven experience in equipment maintenance and creating technical diagrams.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. sales engineer, technical sales engineer, field service engineer, mechanical engineer etc.) is preferred.
  • Residing near Madrid or Barcelona is highly desirable.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to build and maintain trust with clients.
  • Openness to feedback and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with both customers and company agents while focusing on engineering tasks.
  • Proactive approach to work, taking initiative without waiting for detailed instructions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
