Ihre Aufgaben

Sales Execution & Revenue Maximization

  • Develop and execute sales strategies with a primary focus on revenue, profit, and KPI achievement
  • Build and expand relationships with local companies (retailers, department stores, e-commerce platforms, etc.)
  • Analyze market trends and immediately adjust strategies for maximum impact
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize profit margins

Efficient Sales & Market Strategy Development

  • Continuously refine target market strategies based on consumer behavior and competitive analysis
  • Streamline sales processes and focus on high-impact actions that drive immediate results
  • Leverage sales data and performance analytics to optimize ROI

Trade Show & Event-Based Sales Expansion

  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events in Europe
  • Acquire new clients and expand business opportunities with existing partners

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • A results-driven mindset that prioritizes revenue, profit, and KPI achievement over processes
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets
  • Ability to quickly adapt to market changes and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Data-driven decision-making approach to business strategy and execution
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude toward client interactions
  • Business-level English is required; proficiency in Japanese is a plus
  • Additional European language skills (German, French, Spanish, etc.) are highly beneficial
  • No prior sales experience required, but candidates must demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
