Ihre Aufgaben
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in line with standard accounting practices
- Support monthly and annual closing processes in coordination with the accounting team at Japan HQ
- Prepare tax-related documentation, including VAT filings and supporting materials
- Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from sales, inventory, and other relevant sources
- Manage day-to-day financial operations such as expense tracking, payment processing, and invoicing
- Liaise with external tax advisors and auditors as necessary
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Solid grasp of fundamental accounting concepts, including journal entries and account reconciliation
- Knowledge of bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables.
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Working knowledge of accounting procedures and ability to apply them in day-to-day financial operations.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel to manage, analyze, and present financial data accurately.
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese.
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in German or English.
