Ihre Aufgaben
- Manage Monthly and Annual Financial Closures: Oversee the financial closing process on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Prepare Tax Documentation: Handle tax-related filings, including VAT reporting materials.
- Collect and Organize Financial Data: Gather and structure key financial data from sales, inventory, and other sources to ensure accurate reporting.
- Support Management Reporting: Assist in the preparation of management analysis reports.
- Perform General Office Administration: Carry out administrative tasks as required to support office operations.
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Ability to independently manage all tasks related to monthly and annual financial closing.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables.
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese.
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in German or English.
