Ihre Aufgaben

  • Manage Monthly and Annual Financial Closures: Oversee the financial closing process on a monthly and yearly basis.
  • Prepare Tax Documentation: Handle tax-related filings, including VAT reporting materials.
  • Collect and Organize Financial Data: Gather and structure key financial data from sales, inventory, and other sources to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Support Management Reporting: Assist in the preparation of management analysis reports.
  • Perform General Office Administration: Carry out administrative tasks as required to support office operations.

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Ability to independently manage all tasks related to monthly and annual financial closing.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables.
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese.
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in German or English.
