Ihre Aufgaben

  • Order management, system input 
  • Import/Export documentation
  • Shipping coordination from factory to customers
  • Supply management
  • Monitor shipping, payment and etc
  • Invoice issue 
  • Office support tasks - Accounting, HR, General Affairs related tasks also

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • English proficiency at a business level is required. (Proficiency in Japanese or German is a plus.)
  • 1-2 years of logistics coordination experience
  • Ability to take initiative and act independently
  • Willingness to learn new things proactively
