Ihre Aufgaben

  • Coordination with internal departments, warehouses, branches, and international locations
  • Handling inquiries related to import/export and triangular trade for existing and new customers as well as international locations via email, phone, and in-person meetings
  • Communicating with customers, international branches, agents, and transport companies, and preparing quotations
  • Issuing invoices to customers and processing billing-related transactions
  • Entering and managing data in the internal ERP system
  • Recording shipping-related services in the system

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Successfully completed university degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable commercial qualification (e.g., Freight Forwarding Clerk, Logistics Coordinator, International Trade Specialist)
  • Initial experience in logistics, ideally in freight forwarding or with a logistics service provider, e.g., as a Freight Forwarding Clerk, Inside Sales Representative, Customer Support Specialist
  • Strong English communication skills (written & spoken), German is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office
