Our client is a Japanese manufacturer in the automotive industry. The company is currently looking for a Sales Representative (m/f/d) to strengthen the sales team at the Wolfsburg site.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Establishing and expanding long-term relationships with existing customers and supporting the acquisition/development of new customers
- Conducting regular customer meetings on site and online
- Central contact person for an assigned customer base - from quotation requests to order tracking
- Preparation of competitive offers taking into account cost and margin targets
- Accurate recording of customer orders as well as monitoring and managing price development
- Coordinate closely with the accounting team and assist in following up on outstanding payments
- Creating and monitoring schedules to meet customer requirements and coordinating internally with relevant departments (e.g. production, quality, engineering)
- Establishing and strengthening cross-departmental collaboration within the company and with participating companies
- Creating accurate monthly sales forecasts and supporting budget planning and preparation
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Completed training or studies in the commercial or technical field (e.g. business administration, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or similar)
- Relevant professional experience of 1-3 years in sales (B2B), for example as sales representative, sales manager, key account manager, business development manager, in field sales, etc. ideally with OEMs, Tier I or Tier II suppliers in the automotive industry
- Very good written and spoken English skills required
- Knowledge of written and spoken Japanese at conversational level required
- Basic knowledge of German is desirable but not essential
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Class B driver's license
- Willingness to travel (up to max. 30% of working time)
