Ihre Aufgaben

  • Act as a contact window for existing and new customers.

  • Consult customers on all commercial matters, prepare offers, and follow up on them.

  • Contact potential new customers based on predefined questionnaires.

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and ensure smooth processes.

  • Monitor the forecast and prepare analyses.

  • Documentation work in project tracking tool, thereby ensuring the highest level of transparency.

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • University degree

  • Several years of successful experience in internal sales, ideally with international exposure

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially strong skills in Excel; ideally also knowledge of ERP such as SAP and Salesforce

  • Quick comprehension, attention to detail, and strong affinity for numbers

  • Resilience, teamwork, initiative, and a high level of customer orientation

  • Strong communication skills as well as high intrinsic motivation

  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages from Asia or Latin America are an advantage
