Ihre Aufgaben

  • Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including data entry, confirmations, and shipment tracking via internal systems.
  • Liaise with the sales, logistics, and accounting departments to ensure a seamless workflow from order placement to final invoicing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates on order status and delivery schedules while addressing all inquiries.
  • Generate and manage key sales documentation, such as official quotations, invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all transaction records and maintain up-to-date client information in the company database.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team to enhance departmental efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and execute replenishment orders as needed to maintain optimal stock.

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Language Skills: Business level English (knowledge of German is an advantage).
  • Experience in sales administration, order management, or related fields(such as procurement) preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
