Ihre Aufgaben
- Design, construction, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of server, network, and security applications
- Preparation and installation of hardware
- Project management and promotion, as well as providing technical advice
- Customer support through problem-solving (troubleshooting)
- Communication with customers (coordination, progress management, and reporting)
- Technical proposal support for the sales team
- System operation and maintenance
- Documentation related to the above tasks (using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
- Design and construction of LAN systems
- Maintenance of PC-LAN systems
- Configuration, installation, and connectivity testing of CE equipment related to Internet and network services
Ihre Qualifikationen

Work experience as a System Engineer (5+ years preferred)

Broad knowledge and experience in the following areas:

Server architecture (cloud/virtual environments, Windows/Linux, VMware/Hyper-V/Xen)

Networking (firewalls, routers, etc.)

Security applications (SD-WAN, Zero Trust solutions, etc.)

Hardware (Dell, Fujitsu, HP, etc.)

Technical skills: TCP/IP, cloud services, Windows, data security, authentication, network configuration (CCNA), backup technologies

- Business-level English proficiency is required
- German or Japanese language skills are a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent client support
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude
