Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ensure monthly and annual financial reporting is in time and compliance with HGB
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounts, ensure internal control systems and support audits
  • Supporting update relevant balance sheet and P & L accounts
  • Experience in accounts payable (invoice receipts, payment runs) and with bank postings
  • Perform all standard financial accounting activities (accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed
    assets and general ledger) in System with a focus on accounts payable, fixed assets and general
    ledger
  • Control account assignment and posting of travel expenses in accordance with the tax travel
    expenses guidelines in Germany
  • Processing of payment transactions
  • Supporting the report in a timely manner to the management and the HQ Finance Team regarding
    e.g. profitability, budget

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Several years of relevant working experience in accounting
  • Knowledge in HGB
  • Completed studies with a focus on finance or completed commercial training
  • Excellent communication skills and a high team spirit
  • Experience in group reporting
  • MS Office
