They are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Staff member to join their Dresden office. The successful candidate will manage daily logistics operations, coordinate shipments, and ensure safe and compliant handling of chemical and hazardous materials.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Coordinate import/export and domestic logistics operations (air, sea, and road)
- Communicate with customers, transport partners, and internal teams
- Prepare and manage shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, customs documents, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with regulations for chemical and hazardous goods transport
- Monitor shipment schedules and resolve operational issues proactively
- Support reporting and inventory management tasks
- Liaise with the Japanese headquarters and European branches as needed
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Experience in logistics operations, preferably in chemical or hazardous materials logistics
- Knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation
- Fluent in English and German (both required); Japanese is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team-oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
