Ihre Aufgaben

1. Business Development for Japanese automobile Business

  • Build and expand relationships with Japanese automobile manufactures in Europe and Asian automotive component manufacturers. 
  • Manage end-to-end commercial activities: Negotiate with Chinese suppliers, Communicate with customers in English, Coordinate logistics and cost calculations with the sales team 
  • Identify and onboard new manufacturing partners to strengthen the business base. 
  • Develop and manage cross-border trading and logistics structures, including risk assessment and cost optimization. 

2. Marketing & Business Development in Electrification 

  • Lead business development and marketing of battery-related materials and components for European customers, focusing on Asian suppliers. 
  • Conduct market research to identify promising startups and innovative technologies in electrification. 
  • Explore strategic partnerships or investment opportunities with high-potential companies. 

3. Market Intelligence & Strategic Expansion 

  • Gather market and competitor insights to identify new opportunities. 
  • Support business strategy formulation and market-entry plans. 
  • Collaborate with global teams to align regional and global initiatives.

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Fluency in Chinese and English is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Background: Technical or engineering knowledge preferred, but strong interest in business development and willingness to learn are highly valued.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, analytical skills, and adaptability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willing and able to travel internationally, including overnight stays in China and Japan (about 30%).
