Ihre Aufgaben

Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals

Manage and grow relationships with existing clients

Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations

Understand customer needs and propose suitable products or services

Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts

Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets

Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and operations

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information in CRM systems

Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Ihre Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Fluent in German, Business-level in English communication skills (both written and verbal)
