Ihre Aufgaben

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients

  • Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations

  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable products or services

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts

  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and operations

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information in CRM systems

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

  • Fluent in German, Business-level in English communication skills (both written and verbal)
