Ihre Aufgaben
Administrative & Office Management
- Oversee daily back-office operations and ensure efficient internal processes
- Manage office facilities, vendors, contracts, and supplies
- Establish and improve internal policies and operational procedures
Finance & Accounting Support
- Support accounting operations such as invoicing, expense management, and payment processing
- Coordinate with external accounting firms, auditors, and tax advisors
- Monitor budgets and assist in financial reporting
Human Resources Operations
- Manage HR administration including onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records
- Support recruitment operations and internal HR processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain company records, contracts, and legal documentation
- Support compliance with local regulations and corporate governance requirements
Cross-functional Support
- Act as a liaison between management and internal teams
- Provide operational support to executives and department heads as needed
Ihre Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field

3+ years of experience in back-office, operations, administration, or similar roles

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Solid understanding of accounting and HR operational processes

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
