We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager (m/f/d) with Japanese and Italian language skills to work in Tokyo and actively contribute to this development from the very beginning.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Acquire new customers with a focus on the Italian market
- Conduct market research and support marketing activities
- Create, translate and adapt sales documents and presentations in Italian
- Undertake regular business trips to Italy and negotiate with potential customers
- Interpret (Italian/Japanese) at customer meetings and business discussions
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics, Japanese studies, or a similar field, or a completed apprenticeship
- Initial professional experience in sales or in a comparable position (e.g., sales representative, sales manager, key account manager, business development manager, field sales, etc.)
- Work location initially in Japan, with the possibility to relocate to Italy later
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and business fluency in written and spoken Japanese
- Willingness to undertake regular business trips to Italy
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Team player with high motivation for personal and professional development
