Ihre Aufgaben

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute mid- to long-term strategies for the leasing and sales business in alignment with overall corporate objectives

  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth areas within the real estate market

  • Set revenue targets, KPIs, and budgets for the division and ensure achievement of financial goals

Business Development & Client Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and corporate clients

  • Lead negotiations for leasing and sales transactions, including major and strategic deals

  • Represent the company in high-level client meetings, industry events, and partnerships

Operations & Transaction Management

  • Oversee end-to-end leasing and sales operations, including pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and deal execution

  • Ensure smooth coordination between leasing, sales, marketing, legal, and property management teams

  • Monitor transaction pipelines and ensure timely closing of deals

Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop senior managers, brokers, and sales teams within the division

  • Recruit, evaluate, and retain top talent

  • Foster a performance-driven and client-oriented culture

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all leasing and sales activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies

  • Manage contractual, financial, and operational risks related to transactions

  • Oversee documentation standards and internal control processes

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

  • Provide regular business performance reports to executive management and stakeholders

  • Analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions where necessary


Ihre Qualifikationen

  • 10+ years of experience in real estate leasing and sales, with significant leadership or management experience. Strong connections with landlord in Munich. 

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing complex real estate transactions

  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, valuation, and negotiation

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels

  • Business-level proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
