Ihre Aufgaben
- Driving business development and market expansion across Europe
- Represent the company at trade fairs to build a robust network of potential partners
- Manage Korean key accounts and projects throughout Germany and the European market
- Cultivate long-term client relationships to ensure sustainable business growth and satisfaction
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles through seamless internal and external coordination
- Evaluate project risks and costs in close collaboration with operational teams
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders including planners, customers, and subcontractors
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Degree in civil engineering or architecture or similar, alternatively further training as a construction technician or comparable technical training
- Extensive working experience in the construction industry
- Initial experience in Sales or Key Account Management / Business Development is a Plus
- Full professional proficiency in Korean and professional proficiency in English
- German language skills are a Plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as intercultural competence
- Proactive and service-oriented working style
- High willingness to travel within Europe
