- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Liaise with internal teams to provide quick, accurate information
- Process orders and arrange deliveries in a timely manner
- Manage customer quotations, invoices and related paperwork
- Monitor and Track inventory levels to ensure product availability
Ihre Qualifikationen
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Native-level proficiency in English
- Must have the existing right to work in the UK without sponsorship
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently whilst being a team player
