Our client is a British manufacturing subsidiary of a leading Japanese company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of industrial products. The company is currently seeking a Sales Administrator (m/f/d) for its Swindon office.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Liaise with internal teams to provide quick, accurate information
  • Process orders and arrange deliveries in a timely manner
  • Manage customer quotations, invoices and related paperwork
  • Monitor and Track inventory levels to ensure product availability

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Native-level proficiency in English
  • Must have the existing right to work in the UK without sponsorship
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently whilst being a team player
