Ihre Aufgaben
- Engage with customers to confirm requirements, adjust specifications, and incorporate feedback into product development.
- Provide technical support to both internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and regulatory trends in the automotive industry and apply them to daily work.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations for new products and components.
- Collaborate with European OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Work cross-functionally to analyze customer needs and deliver optimal technical proposals.
- Participate in product design and development activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Use design tools to create and modify product designs.
- Contribute to the improvement and advancement of engineering processes and methodologies.
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline
- Hands-on background in automotive product development and design.
- Experience collaborating with European OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers is considered beneficial.
- International work exposure is a plus.
- Solid understanding of automotive systems and components
- Mandatory proficiency in CATIA V5 for design tasks.
- Familiarity with Siemens NX is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and coordinating across multidisciplinary teams.
- Language requirements include German and English (minimum B1 level)
- Experience in testing, validation, and evaluation processes to ensure product performance and compliance.
- General knowledge of engineering tools and software used in automotive development.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Awareness of automotive industry standards, regulations, and best engineering practices.
