Ihre Aufgaben
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Handle VAT taxation and related financial reporting
- Oversee office management and general administrative tasks
- Collaborate closely with and report to the Japan HQ and other global branches
- Provide general affairs support, including expatriate care and relocation assistance
- Administrate HR-related tasks, such as working time recording
Ihre Qualifikationen
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in a business-related field (e.g. Office management assistant, industrial clerk, administrative assistant or a comparable degree in administration, business administration, management)
- Initial professional experience in the field of accounting; experience with SAP is an advantage
- Fluent business English (spoken and written), Japanese or German language skills are a plus
- Strong foundation in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to handle a wide range of tasks autonomously and proactively
