Ihre Aufgaben

  • Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, warehouse, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on shipment status to ensure on-time delivery
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and issue resolution
  • Prepare and issue invoices in accordance with company procedures
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation
  • Maintain and update customer and order data in the system
  • Assist in resolving order discrepancies, delays, or claims

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with multinational organizations, preferably with a Japanese company
  • Business fluent English + Japanese language skill is preferred
