Ihre Aufgaben
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, warehouse, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on shipment status to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and issue resolution
- Prepare and issue invoices in accordance with company procedures
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation
- Maintain and update customer and order data in the system
- Assist in resolving order discrepancies, delays, or claims
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in administration
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with multinational organizations, preferably with a Japanese company
- Business fluent English + Japanese language skill is preferred
