Ihre Aufgaben
- Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
- Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
- Monitoring equipment and product performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
- Repair and inspection of machines delivered to customers
- Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
- Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Successfully completed apprenticeship as a technician, mechanical engineer or a comparable training
- 1-2 years of experience in the field of machine tool
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German
- High willingness to travel
- Independent and structured way of working
