Ihre Aufgaben
- Support of existing customers
- Acquisition of new customers
- Build strong and long-term customer relationships
- Negotiate prices and sales conditions with customers
- Preparation of quotations
- Support product development from sample production to mass production
- Identify customer needs and determine specific solutions in technical meetings with customers
- Complaint handling
- Close cooperation with the sales teams in Germany and Japan
- Continuous market analysis and research
- Planning and conducting customer visits in Europe
- Participation in trade fairs
- Forecast reporting
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, German language is advantageous
- Completed commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in B2B sales
- Willingness to travel and valid drivers licence
- Good technical understanding
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- High level of drive and motivation
