- Responsible for product and system design based on customer requirements and technical specifications
- Prepared technical proposals, design drawings, specifications, and related technical documentation
- Collaborated with the sales team to support technical proposals and pre-sales activities for customers
- Provided technical support and troubleshooting during product implementation and operation
- Planned and conducted technical training sessions and product workshops for employees to enhance technical knowledge and understanding
- Conducted market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies and product improvement initiatives from a technical perspective
- Supported sales activities by providing technical solutions tailored to customer needs and market trends
- Coordinated with cross-functional departments to support projects from design through implementation
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Working experience in machinery industry is ideal
- University degree in engineering
- German-Native, Nice to have English speaking skill
- Proactive, positive mind-set
- Good at building relationship with internal/external stakeholders
