Due to stable growth in Europe, we are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join the team as soon as possible, focusing on large-scale projects and project-based business.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Establish and expand customer relationships with plant engineering companies, EPC firms, and engineering consultancies across Europe (focus: Germany and Spain)
- Review and process tenders (RFQs), prepare quotations, and participate in contract award processes
- Present and provide technical advice on plastic valve solutions for corrosive applications
- Attend conferences, deliver presentations, and participate in site visits
- Work closely with the headquarters in Japan and the local team
- Manage projects and support the implementation of awarded projects
Ihre Qualifikationen
- At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, e.g. as Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales, Field Sales, etc., ideally in piping systems or valves
- Proven experience in project business or plant engineering (EPC experience is a plus)
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- German or Spanish language skills are an advantage
- Experience working with international customers and engineering consultancies
- Independent, communicative personality with high willingness to travel (approx. 40-50%)
