Ihre Aufgaben

  • Escalation Point: Handle escalated issues for existing customers within the lubricants and greases division to maintain strong relationships and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Global Interface: Serve as the main point of contact for global group companies, coordinating technical inquiries, product recommendations, and general support.
  • Business Expansion: Lead the expansion of the lubricants and greases sector in the European market, managing product approvals across the global network.
  • Commercial Development: Develop business proposals, negotiate contracts, and create customized supply solutions based on customer needs.
  • Customer Account Responsibility: Take full responsibility for customer accounts, including order forecasting, order processing, supply chain tracking, and payment monitoring.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Support sustainability goals by contributing to carbon emission reductions, localization projects, and the sourcing of sustainable raw materials.

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Education: University degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, account management, business development, or project management within the Lubricants or Raw material sector.
  • Customer Acquisition: Proven track record of proactively identifying, converting, and nurturing new client accounts to foster business growth.
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional capability to cultivate and sustain robust, long-term strategic partnerships with customers.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep comprehension of lubrication and tribology principles.
  • Market Expertise: Well-networked individual with a comprehensive understanding of the European lubricant and grease market, including competitive dynamics.
  • Languages: Business-fluent English is required. Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Italian, or Spanish would be an advantage.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel approximately once every 2 months.
