Ihre Aufgaben

  • Manage daily accounting and office administration activities.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
  • Support financial reporting and liaise with external service providers.
  • Coordinate order management and general administrative processes.
  • Provide overall back-office support and perform ad hoc duties as required.

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • New Starter is welcome! 
  • Native level German language 
  • Business level in English 
  • Ideally experience with Back office, Administrative experience 
  • Open-minded and learning motivation  
  • Good communication skill
