Ihre Aufgaben
- Leading and developing the sales team, as well as reporting to management
- Managing and expanding existing customer relationships within the automotive industry and other sectors
- Identifying and acquiring new customers in the automotive and industrial sectors
- Conducting price negotiations and coordinating delivery dates
- Monitoring the market and analyzing industry trends
- Representing the company at trade fairs and specialized exhibitions
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., in wholesale and foreign trade, or industrial clerk) or an equivalent qualification / degree in Business, Management, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience within an industrial company (e.g., as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, Area Manager, Sales Representative, Field Sales Representative, etc.)
- Initial experience in disciplinary or functional team leadership is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Business fluent English skills; knowledge of German or other foreign languages is a plus
- Willingness to travel within Europe
