Ihre Aufgaben
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repairs of industrial 3D printers at customer sites across Germany.
- Diagnose technical issues (mechanical, electrical, software) and provide effective, timely solutions.
- Conduct operator training and provide technical support to end-users.
- Document service activities, technical reports, and customer feedback clearly and accurately.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to continuously improve system reliability and service quality.
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field (Fresh graduates are highly welcome).
- Fluent in English is mandatory. Knowledge of German and/or Japanese is a strong advantage.
- Valid Driver’s License is required due to regular travel to customer sites.
- Strong interest in Additive Manufacturing (3D printing) with a high degree of self-motivation and eagerness to learn new technologies independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, customer-oriented attitude, and strong communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Germany (and occasionally internationally for training/support).
