Ihre Aufgaben
- Oversee incoming shipments and ensure timely receipt of goods
- Maintain optimal inventory levels by tracking stock, planning replenishment, and adjusting safety stock according to demand trends
- Utilize ERP platforms (including SAP) and supply chain management systems, as well as supplier portals, for daily operations
- Coordinate closely with vendors on a regular basis, building productive partnerships and supporting commercial discussions
- Prepare and process procurement documentation, confirm product specifications, and place orders with external partners
- People management
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Purchasing or order management/inventory management working experience
- Good communication skill
- Good at great relationship with internal/external stakeholders
- Proactive, positive mind-set
- Strong negotiation skill
- English - Fluent
- Strong leadership skill and ideally people management experience
