Ihre Aufgaben

  • Identifying and researching new suppliers across Eastern Europe (e.g., Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Croatia)
  • Supporting customer audits and bridging commercial and cultural gaps between customers and suppliers
  • Accompanying mass production ramp-ups to ensure seamless production starts in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
  • Addressing quality-management-related issues and conducting root-cause analyses
  • Reviewing and processing PPAP documentation as well as other quality-related documents

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • University degree (e.g., in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or Business Administration) or a completed secondary vocational education (Střední odborné vzdělání) / apprenticeship in a commercial or technical field
  • Several years of professional experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Management (QA/QM) within Procurement, Supplier Quality, or Production in a manufacturing company
  • Fundamental knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 standards, and PPAP procedures
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and high eagerness to learn a wide portfolio of electronic and material products
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, along with strong communication and negotiation abilities; Japanese language skills are a great advantage
  • Willingness to travel within Europe
