Ihre Aufgaben
- Identifying and researching new suppliers across Eastern Europe (e.g., Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Croatia)
- Supporting customer audits and bridging commercial and cultural gaps between customers and suppliers
- Accompanying mass production ramp-ups to ensure seamless production starts in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
- Addressing quality-management-related issues and conducting root-cause analyses
- Reviewing and processing PPAP documentation as well as other quality-related documents
Ihre Qualifikationen
- University degree (e.g., in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or Business Administration), or a completed commercial or technical vocational training program (e.g., training as an industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, technician, or a comparable qualification)
- Several years of professional experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Management (QA/QM) within Procurement, Supplier Quality, or Production in a manufacturing company
- Fundamental knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 standards, and PPAP procedures
- Strong intellectual curiosity and high eagerness to learn a wide portfolio of electronic and material products
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, along with strong communication and negotiation abilities; Japanese language skills are a great advantage
- Willingness to travel within Europe
