Ihre Aufgaben
- Lead annual budgeting, revisions, and mid-term financial planning.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accurate and timely accruals and journal entries.
- Monitor financial performance, including budget deviations, monthly/yearly results, and rolling forecasts.
- Prepare monthly flash reports with detailed analysis and support audits and compliance requirements.
- Supervise administrative resources and provide support to other divisions when needed.
Ihre Qualifikationen
- At least 3 years of professional experience in finance management, particularly in accounting and controlling
- Solid understanding of German and international accounting principles, especially HGB and IFRS
- Practical experience with statutory financial reporting, tax compliance, and coordinating with auditors
- Fluent Japanese and English
