Our client is an internationally active financial institution with a strong presence in the European market. For the Frankfurt office, we are currently looking for an experienced professional to support the Credit Risk function in a project-based role. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of credit risk policies, governance standards, and regulatory implementation activities within an international environment. The position is initially for one year, with the possibility of extension.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Develop, review, and maintain credit risk policies, procedures, and governance documentation
- Support the implementation of regulatory requirements and internal standards within credit risk processes and related systems
- Conduct gap analyses regarding regulatory developments and derive recommendations for action
- Act as a contact point for internal stakeholders on credit risk policy, governance, and process-related topics
- Coordinate with relevant functions across the organisation to align policy updates and implementation measures
- Support ongoing regulatory initiatives, remediation activities, and documentation requirements
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Degree in finance, economics, business administration, law, or a related field
- Several years of experience in credit risk management, credit risk policy, governance, or regulatory implementation within the financial services sector
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, or maintaining policies, procedures, and governance documents
- Good understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks affecting credit risk, ideally including ECB, EBA, and/or MaRisk requirements
- Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Very good command of English; German is an advantage
