Ihre Aufgaben
- Prepare and manage technical and customer-related documentation, including specifications, PPAP, and environmental documents
- Handle customer complaints and support related follow-up processes
- Prepare monthly technical reports and maintain relevant records
- Support sample requests, returned product inspections, and audit activities
- Participate in customer visits and collaborate closely with internal team members
- Monthly collection of technical market information
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Experience in quality assurance, technical support, or a related field
- Knowledge of PPAP, technical documentation, and quality processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Business fluent English and Japanese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business systems
