Ihre Aufgaben
- Financial Planning & Budgeting: Lead annual budgeting processes, quarterly revisions, and mid-term financial planning in close alignment with senior leadership
- Controlling & Reporting: Monitor financial performance, analyze budget vs. actual variances, and prepare comprehensive monthly flash reports and rolling forecasts
- Financial Accounting Oversight: Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely accruals, journal entries, and financial integrity
- Compliance & Auditing: Manage statutory financial reporting and tax compliance, serving as the primary contact for external auditors and tax advisors
- Process & Team Support: Supervise administrative finance functions and provide cross-functional financial insight to supporting divisions
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Proven multi-year background in financial management, controlling, business planning, and accounting within an international corporate environment
- Solid proficiency in HGB (German Commercial Code); knowledge of IFRS or Japanese GAAP (J-GAAP) is highly desirable
- Practical experience coordinating statutory audits, handling tax compliance matters, and driving financial reporting
- Fluent communication skills in English (written and spoken) are mandatory; German or Japanese skills are a valuable asset
