Ihre Aufgaben
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for European entities in coordination with local accountants and external service providers.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Prepare and consolidate accounting reports for headquarters in Japan.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and corporate accounting policies.
- Support tax filings and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and accounting firms.
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in administration; experience in accounting is highly beneficial
- Knowledge in accounting practices in Germany is beneficial
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with multinational organizations, preferably with a Japanese company
- Business fluent English; German and Japanese language skills are an advantage
